The Pure Balance Bali Retreat is a 5-night immersive experience designed to help you slow down, move with intention, reset your nervous system, and realign with the version of yourself you’re ready to become.
Set in the heart of Uluwatu, this retreat blends Pilates, yoga, meditation, recovery, nourishing food, and self-reflection to support balance in both body and mind. Day 1 – Arrival & Grounding
​ Arrive in Bali, settle into the resort, and begin with a welcoming workshop focused on “Where am I now?” — setting intentions for the week ahead.
October 31st
Day 2 – Intention & Awareness
Morning Pilates, mindful nourishment, and a workshop exploring
“Who do I want to become?” followed by rest, pool time, and private reformer sessions.
October 1st
Day 3 – Action & Resilience
Mat Pilates, cold plunge & breathwork, adventure activities, and an evening firepit workshop centred on small habits that create big shifts.
October 2nd
Day 4 – Alignment & Recovery
Reformer Pilates, free time to explore Uluwatu, spa and sauna recovery, and a workshop on protecting your energy and setting boundaries.
October 3rd
Day 5 – Integration & Celebration
An empowering final movement session, gratitude journaling, integration workshop “Who am I becoming?” and a beautiful closing group dinner.
October 4th
Day 6 – Departure
A gentle morning meditation, connection, and reflection before heading home feeling refreshed and aligned.
