Designed to elevate your heart rate while sculpting and strengthening, this class delivers powerful lower-body work, strong core activation, and that signature Pure Balance burn. Expect dynamic jump intervals layered with slow, intentional reformer sequences to build endurance, stability, and serious glute fire.
