Get ready for a frightfully fun evening at Pure Balance! 🧙♀️ Join us on Friday, October 31st for our Halloween Themed Workout at 5pm & 6pm. ✨ Expect: – Spooky tunes to set the mood – Sweet Halloween treats – Fun photos and community vibes – Spot prize for the best dressed witch or ghoul! 🖤 Prize: One lucky winner will receive a FREE Pure Balance Workshop + 1-Month Accountability Coaching Package — the perfect treat to keep your motivation strong heading into summer! 💀 Dress Code: Feel free to come dressed in your best Halloween costume — just make sure you can move safely during class! You can always remove or adjust parts of your outfit before we start the workout. Spaces are limited, so grab your broomstick (and your reformer spot) before they disappear! 🪄

Cancellation Policy
To ensure all clients have a fair opportunity to attend our classes, please review our booking and cancellation policy carefully. Booking Window Classes can be booked up to 1 week in advance and as late as 5 minutes before the class start time, subject to availability. Cancellations Clients may cancel their bookings online up to 12 hours before the scheduled class start time** at no charge. Late Cancellations & No-Shows Cancellations made within 12 hours of the class start time, or failure to attend a booked class, will incur a NZ$7 late cancellation/no-show fee. This policy helps ensure that waitlisted clients have the opportunity to attend and that class spaces are used effectively. Rescheduling Bookings can be rescheduled online 12hours before class, subject to class availability. Waitlist If a class is fully booked, clients can join the waitlist through the Pure Balance app. If a space becomes available, the next person on the waitlist will be automatically added and notified. Once offered a spot, it will be held for 30 minutes. Card on File A valid credit or debit card is required to secure all online bookings and to process any applicable late cancellation or no-show fees.
