Cancellation Policy
To ensure all clients have a fair opportunity to attend our classes, please review our booking and cancellation policy carefully. Booking Window Classes can be booked up to 1 week in advance and as late as 5 minutes before the class start time, subject to availability. Cancellations Clients may cancel their bookings online up to 12 hours before the scheduled class start time** at no charge. Late Cancellations & No-Shows Cancellations made within 12 hours of the class start time, or failure to attend a booked class, will incur a NZ$7 late cancellation/no-show fee. This policy helps ensure that waitlisted clients have the opportunity to attend and that class spaces are used effectively. Rescheduling Bookings can be rescheduled online at any time, subject to class availability. Waitlist If a class is fully booked, clients can join the waitlist through the Pure Balance app. If a space becomes available, the next person on the waitlist will be automatically added and notified. Once offered a spot, it will be held for 30 minutes. Card on File A valid credit or debit card is required to secure all online bookings and to process any applicable late cancellation or no-show fees.
