Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy for Reformer Duo Special Booking and Confirmation: All bookings must be made in advance through our booking system or by contacting us directly. You will receive a confirmation of your booking via email or text. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled class time. If you cancel within this 12-hour window, you will be able to reschedule your session without penalty. No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend a scheduled class without prior cancellation (no-show), the session will count as used and cannot be rescheduled. Rescheduling: To reschedule a session, please contact us at least 12 hours before your booked class. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred rescheduled time based on availability. Bringing a Friend: The Reformer Duo Special allows you to bring one friend for free to each of the five classes. If your friend cannot attend, please notify us in advance so we can adjust the session accordingly. By booking this special offer, you agree to adhere to the above policies.
