Retreat Policy
POLICY & CANCELLATION INFORMATION
Please read the following information carefully before booking your Pure Balance Retreat.
NO CANCELLATIONS OR REFUNDS
All retreat bookings are final and non-refundable. Once your booking has been confirmed, cancellations cannot be accepted and payments cannot be refunded or transferred.
We recommend considering travel insurance that covers cancellation or unexpected changes to your plans.
IF THE RETREAT DOES NOT GO AHEAD
In the unlikely event that Pure Balance needs to cancel or is unable to proceed with the retreat, you will have the option to:
- Transfer your full booking credit to a future Pure Balance Retreat, or
- Receive a full refund of payments made towards your retreat booking.
We will communicate any changes as soon as possible and provide clear information about your available options.
ROOM SELECTION
Your selected room option (private or shared) is confirmed at the time of booking. Room changes after booking are subject to availability.
BOOKING CONFIRMATION
Your place on the retreat is secured once your payment has been received and your booking has been confirmed.
By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.
