Join me for 30 days of movement, mindfulness, and balance with the Pilates Reset Challenge! Over the next month, we’ll focus on mat Pilates routines you can easily do from home, no matter how busy your schedule is. Expect full-body Pilates sessions, rest days with gentle stretching and relaxation, walks while listening to uplifting podcasts, and even quick 8-minute blast workouts for those hectic days. Plus, an optional one special day includes a reformer Pilates session with me! In addition to the movement, we’ll each commit to four daily and weekly personalized habits—two daily and two weekly healthy behaviors that will help you create a more balanced lifestyle. These habits can be anything from prioritizing hydration and daily movement to taking time for self-care or meal planning or journaling or reading a book. Whether you’re here for strength, flexibility, or simply to stretch, this challenge will help you reset your body and mind, making movement and balance a consistent part of your life!
