What the 28-Day Pilates Glow-Up Challenge is All About The 28-Day Pilates Glow-Up Challenge is designed to help you build strength, improve tone, and create a balanced, healthier lifestyle in just four weeks! Here's what’s included: Mat Pilates Workouts A 5-day split each week with workouts that progress as you go. Sessions range from full body, abs-focused, booty/lower body, upper body, and stretch/meditation. Workouts will gradually increase in intensity and duration, with optional resistance added for an extra challenge. Personalized Habits You’ll set 6 personalized daily/weekly habits: 2 movement goals (including the mat Pilates workouts). 2 nutrition goals. 2 lifestyle goals. Track your progress with a habit tracker to stay consistent throughout the challenge. Accountability & Progress Tracking Body fat tracking is optional, with weekly weigh-ins and progress pictures. Stay motivated with a group chat to share updates, encourage one another, and celebrate wins together! This challenge is all about helping you feel strong, balanced, and confident, with tools and routines you can carry into your everyday life. Let’s do this together! 💪✨
